This is not a spec roundup and it is not a fake teardown either. We did not put a Delta Pro 3 on a bench, and we will not pretend we did. What we did do is read the datasheet, the user manual, the warranty document and hundreds of owner reports, then check EcoFlow’s claims against them. Here is what holds up.

That is the battery rating, not what reaches your appliances: every power station loses a few percent to inverter conversion, and independent lab tests published for this class of unit consistently land a few percent under the label. Treat the 4 kWh figure as the ceiling, and size your loads with that margin in mind.
Output and surge: fridges and well pumps
EcoFlow’s spec sheet lists 4,000 W of continuous AC output with X-Boost claiming starts for higher-demand appliances. The hard case for any inverter is a well pump with a real startup surge. Recharge time and noise
